This project expanded the office space with a large meeting room and staff breakout area, along with four additional offices within the existing structure. Positioned between two roof apexes, the new flat-roofed space features six large roof lights to maximise natural light. The complex roof design required careful planning and coordination, while a new retaining wall at the rear created a practical outdoor area for staff use during warmer months.

This full house renovation included raising the roof to create larger ensuite bedrooms, fully refurbishing and extending the lower ground floor, and reconfiguring the layout to add a toilet and utility room. The project also featured a new staircase, a new kitchen, and comprehensive upgrades throughout.
